Level of Customer Satisfaction of Azure Urban Resort Residences: Basis for an Enhanced Customer Service

This research analyzed the level of customer satisfaction of Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque, Bicutan as a basis for an enhanced customer service in terms of the resort’s tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy when it is grouped according to the demographic profile of the respondents that have been previously lodged in the resort. The degree of customer satisfaction was assessed using a quantitative descriptive approach. Survey questionnaires were used to gather data to use the variables to calculate the degree of customer satisfaction. The study employed non-probability in the selection of participants. The researchers emphasize participant protection, data privacy, and confidentiality, and they guarantee that ethical protocol was followed throughout the entire study. To ensure the validity of the questionnaire, the research instruments were created and validated by the experts to ensure the credibility of the questionnaire. To analyze the data that have been collected and know the possible result of the study, a 4-point Likert Scale, frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean, and ANOVA (analysis of variance) were used.
