The Perception of Millennial Tourists Toward Anawangin Cove in the Province of Zambales and Its Influence on Destination Management

This study aimed to further develop the destination management of San Antonio, Zambalesthrough the perception of millennial tourists. It was determined that the attraction is needing improvements in terms of it product and service offered to tourists. Using the qualitative approach, the researchers were able to extract knowledge from millennial tourists concerning the three identified elements of destination management: service quality, site preservation and local people’s involvement. These aspects that were discussed in the study formulated a guide to determine promotional strategies that could develop and enhance the Anawangin Cove attraction and therefore offer a better tourist destination. The findings of the study have been significant in enabling the tourism development of the province of Zambales, and it made positive contributions to the management of Anawangin Cove.
