
Students’ satisfaction is an important factor in keeping a university’s competitive edge amongst its competitors. Academic and non-academic aspects of a university are both essential in keeping students satisfied. This research assesses students’ satisfaction levels in two key areas; Academic Services and Non-Academic Services. This study aims to identify how these factors affect students’ satisfaction level if their demographic profile is taken as a test factor. The findings will provide valuable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers, enabling them to make informed decisions to enhance service quality and foster a more supportive and effective educational environment. This study will capture a variety of perspectives, ensuring a deep understanding of students’ standards.
