The study aimed to determine the level of expectation of the fourth year Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management students of Our Lady of Fatima University-Antipolo Campus towards Lobster Inc, an alternative platform for Virtual Internship. Specifically, the problem statement lies in identifying the level of expectation on their experience with the use of Lobster Inc as an alternative platform for internship. The study specifically analyzed their expectation based on the following criteria: Modular content, Interactive/Multimedia videos, Visual choice/Visual Aids, Dialogue, Process, and Simulation. A four-point Likert scale was used in order to quantitatively measure the respondents’ perceived level of expectation. The results of the study showed that Lobster Inc. has “exceeded” the respondents’ expectations. Further analysis using ANOVA has been demonstrated that there is no significant difference on the level of expectation of respondents across ages and genders.
