Policy Statement

Publication Schedule and Submission Guidelines

The HOST is published biannually with issues released in June and December each year. Manuscripts and abstracts must be submitted in English and are accepted for review throughout the year via our online submission system. Special thematic issues are welcomed and may be proposed to the Editorial Board.

The journal is published in both electronic and print formats, ensuring broad accessibility and permanent archival of all published research.

All manuscript submissions undergo rigorous evaluation through a double-blind peer review process conducted by recognized academics and practitioners within the relevant research domains. The review process is designed to maintain the highest standards of scholarly integrity while ensuring fair and objective assessment.

– All corresponding authors must submit manuscripts accompanied by a comprehensive cover letter
– Cover letters must include explicit declarations of manuscript originality, data authenticity, and absence of conflicts of interest
– Authors must confirm that the work has not been submitted elsewhere and is not under consideration by other publications

– Initial review is conducted by the Managing Editor, including comprehensive similarity checks using advanced plagiarism detection software
– Manuscripts meeting initial quality standards are forwarded to the Editorial Review Board for peer evaluation
– The standard review timeline is typically 8-12 weeks from submission to initial decision
– Manuscripts failing to comply with ethical guidelines or submission requirements will be rejected without external review
