
In the context of globalization, creative tourism has emerged as a trend that enhances authentic and unique personal experiences for tourists. The creation of distinctive tourism products, intertwined with local culture, not only exploits cultural values to attract tourists but also contributes to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of that locality. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, utilizing secondary data sources and case studies of prominent creative tourism destinations in France, to draw lessons for Vietnam. The article proposes that, by learning from the French experience, Vietnam can effectively harness its cultural potential, develop creative tourism products that offer unique tourist experiences, and preserve and promote its national cultural identity.
