The Relationship Of Organizational Commitment Dimension Of Employees And Managerial Influence On Casual
Restaurants In The City Of San Fernandо, Pampanga, Philippines

Casual restaurants as part of the food and beverage service sector delivers such satisfaction to its customers by providing service that exceeds consumer expectations through the leadership of the manager. The manager’s leadership influence firmly stands as one of the factors that affect the employees desire of participate in the organization’s goals and objective towards quality products and services rendered to guests. This research was conducted to describe how leadership influence relates to organizational commitment of employees of casual restaurants in the City of San Feranando, Pampanga Philippines and with the use of a descriptive correlation design, through the Pearson-r correlation coefficient, respondents from the DOT accredited casual restaurants in CSFPP were surveyed and portrayed that influence as one of their managerial skills that greatly contribute to the desire of the employees to stay within the organization and thus encourage employees to affectively commit to the organization as they passionately attach themselves with the company and treat the whole organization as their family.
