Analysis of Customer Experience Using Airbnb in Mandaluyong: A Focus on Customer Satisfaction Levels Among Airbnb Users

This study analyzes the level of Customer Experience using Airbnb with a Focus on Customer Satisfaction Levels among Airbnb Users in Mandaluyong in terms of booking application, accommodation quality, host interaction, and safety and security. The study utilized a quantitative–descriptive method to assess the relationship between the analysis of the level of customer experience and customer satisfaction using Airbnb. A total of 30 current and previous Airbnb users were asked to participate in this study. Data was collected through survey questionnaires, Google forms, and QR codes provided by the researchers. Nonprobability Stratified purposive sampling was employed to select the participants. The researchers guarantee that ethical protocols were applied in this study, emphasizing data privacy, confidentiality, and the protection of participants, which was clearly stated in the paper. The research instrument, the questionnaire, was created after careful consideration by the researcher. Along with the research professor, the research adviser validated and approved the questionnaire. The researchers have been granted a formal request by the unit owner in Bldg. Bauhinia Unit 2211 located in Mandaluyong. Ay, a two five-point Likert scale, frequency, and percentage distribution, weighted mean, T-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient (r) were used to analyze the data collected and know the possible result of the study. The data implies that the majority of the respondents are between 21 and 23 years old, and the majority of the respondents are male; almost all of the respondents indicated as single, with college graduates having the highest level of education. The majority of respondents reported using Airbnb for pleasure. The findings of this study are based on an inferential analysis using the Pearson-R correlation coefficient, which reveals a computed r- coefficient of 0.33. It implies that there is a significant relationship between the level of customer experience and satisfaction with Airbnb. However, the association of these factors shows a degree of “Low Positive Correlation.”
