
This study delves into the assessment of the Level of Perceived Importance Towards Workplace Diversification in Selected Economy Hotels in Pasay City, Philippines, with the aim of fostering an inclusive environment in the hospitality industry. Through a quantitative approach and descriptive research design, the study focuses on hotel managers as respondents, spanning various departments within the hotel establishments. The research is grounded in the recognition of workplace diversity as a catalyst for innovation and improved organizational performance, especially in the context of Pasay City’s multicultural landscape. Employing non-probability purposive sampling, the study gathers insights into managers’ perceptions of workplace diversity, offering valuable insights for enhancing diversity initiatives and fostering inclusive practices. The findings are expected to inform policymakers, hotel managers, local government units, and regulatory bodies, ultimately contributing to the formulation of frameworks and protocols that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hospitality sector. Additionally, the study holds significance for future researchers by providing a foundation for further exploration of cultural dynamics and diversity management strategies in the hospitality industry.
