
A chatbot is a software application that simulates human-to-computer communication through the use of natural language. Chatbots converse with customers in a conversation based on human input and provide customer service. It makes the user assume that it is chatting with a human being where as they’re chatting with the machine. This paper determines the benefits of new technological chatbots towards the students of hospitality management and specialization. A total of 65 respondents were gathered in this study, who are enrolled in the College of Hospitality and Institutional Management at Our Lady of Fatima University – Valenzuela Campus. Descriptive Quantitative Research was used to quantify the benefits of new technological chatbots and generalize results from a larger sample population. Purposive sampling techniques were used to select participants that can provide information to achieve the objectives of the study. The result of this study also showed that the student’s course specializations are interesting and have a significant effect on their general education. The chatbot application enables students to learn about the education process from any location with an internet connection and to get prompt responses. By giving the necessary information to the students or, this chatbot system lessens the workload of the department in charge of answering all the inquiries questions from the students. This paper concludes that the advancement or continuous upgrade of technology like the programs helps a lot not only for the students but also for the people who are using computer technology programs.
