
The goal of this research is to determine whether taking orders using kiosk and mobile ordering technology is one of the best ways to speed up the process. This research is to know the impact of digital innovation and to help customers who are satisfied with a product or service. This need determines which product or service the customer will buy and which innovative invention. The future researcher to serve as their basis and provide ideas for future researchers regarding the impact of digital innovation in the food service industry and its effects to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research is participated by 10 selected customer in McDonald and Jollibee as the respondents in each of the ten selected Quick Service Restaurant to complete the total respondent of 100, this random customers are the chosen respondents to know what they experienced with the new digital innovation and if they are satisfied it states how important technology is to people and how it helps and speeds up the process by using kiosk or online payment. The researchers are going to utilize Quantitative Descriptive Research in this study; the primary purpose of this research is to provide a description of the level of satisfaction and loyalty experienced by the respondents. The study only be limited among Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) , specifically All McDonald’s and Jollibee branches in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Research method that emphasizes quantifying data collection and analysis is the procedure for gathering and evaluating numbers. Patterns and averages can be found, predictions can be made, causality can be tested, and results can be extended to larger populations. It states how important technology is to people and how it helps and speeds up the process by using kiosks or online payment, there are many who agree with using kiosk, at the age of 18-24, and 54 respondents, 51% of them agree while in 25-29, 33 respondents is 33% and in 40 – 60, 14 respondents is 14%, and lastly 60+ with 2 respondents is 2%. . It simply says that majority of the respondents of this study ages 18- 24 years old. 18-24 majority, because younger people are more knowledgeable when it comes to technology.
